From October 10th, 2025 to January 23rd, 2026, the Musée de l’Orangerie presents Exceptional Late Night – The Friday Night: Art Dealer of the Parisian Avant-Garde. Every Friday evening, visitors can enjoy extended hours to explore the inspiring exhibition “Berthe Weill: Art Dealer of the Parisian Avant-Garde.”
The show celebrates Berthe Weill (1865–1951), one of the first female gallerists in Paris and a true pioneer of modern art. She championed young artists who would later define the avant-garde, including Picasso, Matisse, Modigliani, and Valadon.
Featuring over 100 artworks and rare archival documents, the exhibition reveals Weill’s bold vision and lasting impact on the modern art scene. The Friday late openings offer a special atmosphere — calm, intimate, and perfect for reflecting on her remarkable legacy.
Exceptional Late Night is an invitation to rediscover the spirit of the Parisian avant-garde through the eyes of a woman who helped shape it. Go to Website
