Please read these Terms carefully because your access and use of the Site constitutes your express agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms you should not access or use the Site.

 

1.Role of StreetNet

StreetNet is limited to making the Site available and maintaining the Site for Sellers, Buyers and Users. StreetNet is not responsible for the actual sale of any item and does not control the information provided by Sellers, Buyers or Users, nor their acts or omissions. StreetNet is an intermediary and not an agent or fiduciary. StreetNet is not obligated to, but may, provide intermediary services in respect of customer service or dispute resolution.

 

2. Sign-Up Information

Registration may be required to access certain areas of the Site. Registrants are required to provide a valid email address and to create a memorable password. Minors are not permitted to use the Site.

 

3. Sales Information

The Seller is responsible for accurately describing and pricing items for sale. The Seller is also responsible for delivering the items to the Buyer in accordance with the arrangements made between the Buyer and Seller, including transfer of title and payment of sales tax or VAT to the appropriate authority. StreetNet is not responsible for the description or pricing of items and is not responsible for the delivery or payment from the Buyer to the Seller.

Purchases may be subject to local rates of import and sales taxes for which the purchaser is liable.

 

4. Availability

Items for sale on StreetNet are offered subject to availability. Some items may be offered for sale elsewhere and may no longer be available. StreetNet makes no representations or provides warranties with respect to the Seller, the item for sale or the information related to the item.

 

5. Offers to Purchase

The Buyer may make an offer to purchase an item by contacting StreetNet or by any method mentioned on the Site. 

The Buyer shall submit payment information to the Seller for payment of the total purchase price as agreed between the Seller and the Buyer. The total purchase price shall include shipping costs, taxes and duties, where applicable. A sale takes place when a confirmation of sale has been received and payment has been remitted.

 

6. Delivery & Shipping

The Buyer is free to arrange the Buyer’s own shipping. The shipping and insurance companies chosen by the Buyer are the Buyer’s agents and the Buyer will bear all costs and pay such costs directly to the agents.

The Buyer may request the Seller to arrange for crating, packaging and shipping. The Seller shall provide shipping information and cost of such shipping to the Buyer. The Buyer and Seller shall agree on shipment terms and the Buyer shall prepay all shipment costs. StreetNet reserves the right to correct or cancel any transaction if an error is made in calculating shipping.

 

7. Title

The Seller of each item offered for sale warrants that the Seller is the sole owner or is duly authorised by the owner to sell to sell the item. Title of such item will be conveyed to the Buyer following payment of the total purchase price. In the case of Seller arranged shipping, risk of loss and title for such item passes to the Buyer upon the Buyer’s receipt of the item. In the case of Buyer arranged shipping, risk of loss and title for such item passes to the Buyer upon the Seller’s delivery of the item to the carrier selected by the Buyer or when the Buyer picks up the item from the Seller.

 

8. Warranties

StreetNet provides no guarantee, warranty or representation, express or implied, to any Buyer with respect to any item or whether the Buyer acquires any reproduction right. No statement, oral or written, shall be deemed any such guarantee, warranty or representation. By using the StreetNet site Buyers and Users purchase goods solely on their own initiative.

 

9. Cancellation of payment

If the Buyer cancels payment or fails to pay the total purchase price then the Buyer shall remain liable to the Seller as well as any additional costs associated with collection of any amount due to the Seller and StreetNet.

 

10. Content removal

StreetNet reserves right to withdraw any item and to amend any content on the Site. StreetNet will not be liable to any Seller or Buyer because it has withdrawn an item from the Site or amended any of the content.

 

11. Copyright

The information on the Site including all site design is protected by copyright law. Without prior written permission you agree not to display our trademarks, trade names or any other intellectual property. All images or video content created or modified by StreetNet are the sole property of StreetNet.

 

12. Royalty free

If you submit material to the Site you grant StreetNet a non-exclusive, royalty free right to use and right to distribute such content. You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the content that you provide and that the content is accurate. StreetNet reserves the right to use interview, video and photographic material it has created or such material that has been submitted to StreetNet

 

13. Disputes

StreetNet makes no representation or warranty with respect to any items offered for sale. Any Buyer must direct all claims regarding any item to the Seller and must resolve any dispute regarding any item directly with the Seller. You expressly agree to release StreetNet from any action or claim which may arise out of or relates in any way to a dispute.

 

14. Severability

These terms, our privacy policy and any dispute shall be governed by and in accordance with English Law and will come under the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. Any notices shall be given by mail to StreetNet Limited , 64 New Cavendish Street, London, W1G 8TB. If any provision is deemed unlawful such provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms.

 

15. Termination

StreetNet reserves the right to terminate the use of the Site by any person or entity without prior notice. In the event of termination any obligations regarding pending or completed purchases shall survive such termination.
